Symptoms
On 8.0.2 version, Break Charge Adjustment is slow on Process Cash Flow. The process took approximately 18 hours to complete after truncating FSI_O_PROCESS_CASHFLOWS which has approximately 165 million records. Without truncating the process cash flows table, the process does not progress beyond 6 thousand records.
Expected Behavior:
Expect to see no entry in process cash flow or mass delete by sys id instead of individual record.
