UIN Details Cannot Be Seen After Completing Transaction

On Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) version 16.0, after completing the receipt of a transfer, and likewise after shipping and Return to Vendor (RTV), the user is unable to view the UINs (Universal Identification Number) by clicking the 'UIN Qty' field. Additionally, after having completed a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) receipt, user is unable to see what were the UINs generated AGSN (Automatic Generated Serial Number).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a document of choice (ie. DSD Receipt) for serialised item using AGSN;
2. Complete the receipt and note the generated UINs;
3. Re-open the receipt, open the container and select the line item;
4. Attempt to open the 'UIN Qty' field to view the UINs -- Notice that user is unable to enter this field.
Expected behavior: as customer tracks inventory using UINs, it is needed to allow view and track their history, inclusive of store users noting which UINs were received on a certain delivery.
