When Store Inventory Management (SIM) tries to process a MultiBuyPromoCre message from Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) containing more than 4,000 items, user receives error "ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" :
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a large price change in RPM containing at least 4,000 items.
2. Wait for SIM to process the outbound MultiBuyPromoCre message.
3. Check SIM logs as the message is processed and observe the above mentioned error.
