Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Planning Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Planned order suggestion when there is enough supply to satisfy demands and
safety stock

At first, it was through that a Fixed Order Quantity of 4,500 was causing the majority of the issue, however after removing this (on the Source) and then re-running, there is still a Planned Order being generated unexpectedly.

Example (after removing the FOQ):
Bucket = 24-AUG-2017
Dependent Demand = 7050
Purchase Orders = 800
Planned Orders = 2,448
PAB = 16,823
SS = 10,243

The question is why is the plan generating a planned order at all. In the previous bucket, there is a PAB of 20,625. There are not enough demands until 1-SEP-2017 to take the PAB below SS (taking out the current planned orders from the equation). There is also a positive PAB of 4783 at the end of the horizon.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No planned order is generated

STEPS
