Symptoms
In MTA default log, msprobe is reporting this cert error:

[11/Aug/2017:00:45:04 +0000] HOST msprobe[21895]: General Warning: PK11_FindCertFromNickname: couldn't find cert Server-Cert error: function not implemented (-5992 2)
[11/Aug/2017:00:55:01 +0000] HOST msprobe[23498]: General Warning: PK11_FindCertFromNickname: couldn't find cert Server-Cert error: function not implemented (-5992 2)

However, there are no delivery issues on the MTA, everything is working as normal.
