Getting an Error When Creating a Tolerance From Tolerance Screen

When creating tolerance from the Tolerance Screen the screen throws the below error.

Steps To Reproduce:

   1. Login to ReIM Application.
   2. Navigate to Foundation --> Tolerance Maintenance.
   3. Click on Action --> Create Tolerance.
   4. Enter tolerance Description.
   5. Try to add the tolerance line.
   6. Choose Match Level as Summary and notice that error window pops up on the screen.
