When attempting to login to P6 Professional after switching to a different windows user, or after the previous P6 session was abnormally terminated, the following error occurs.

<P6 user name> is already logged in at Terminal <computer name> under Windows Login Account <Windows user name>.
Do you want to clear this user?

After click Yes, the following error occurs:

PRMDB-1546-C
PRMDB Access Error:SQLite-no such table: UPKLIST

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Attempt to login to the P6 Professional client.
2. Enter the P6 username and password.
3. Observe the reported errors.
