Goal

How to Download JDK that is not available at the public download sites for downloading.

A sample scenario:
A customer who is using JDK 6.x encounters an error complains about unsupported version of TLS and hence they would like to upgrade their JDK to "jdk-6u115-linux-x64.bin", which supports new TLS protocol but they cannot find it from the public download sites.
