The Store My Location (STML) feature node is truncating the 15 digits of MSRN to 14 digit.
The issue is seen when using a 15 digits Mobile Subscriber Roaming Number(MSRN) that is retrieved from the Home Location Register (HLR) correctly, but when it is returned from NCC/OC3C (Network Charging and Control/Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller), the result is trimmed to 14 digits.
The LocApp feature node is trimming the 15 digits to a 14 digit maximum.
