Inventory Control Dashboard Failing with Error "An Error Occurred Displaying the Report. Please Contact Your System Administrator" (Doc ID 2297640.1)

Symptoms

When selecting Inventory Control Dashboard in RMS version 16.0, all reports except for “Stock Counts Missing” and “Stock Count Unit Variance” error out.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to RMS
  2. Click on Report Icon
  3. Select Inventory Control Dashboard from report menu.
  4. Enter Chain, Area, Location and click on search button.
  5. Notice the error:
