Goal

In the MWM_User_Guide_Server_Application_v2_2_0_3.pdf,
"The KPI Summary uses colors and icons to help dispatchers easily identify KPIs that need their attention. Color coding is fully customizable. Typically, green indicates normal KPI values; red is used for values that fall outside a pre-defined range and require immediate attention; yellow is used for warnings and to indicate a potential problem."
