Holiday Calendar Not Adjusting Payment Date for Fixed Holiday with Payment Schedule

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0, for a product using a Payment Schedule (AMRT_TYPE_CD in 800, 801, 802), when using a Holiday Calendar with the "Shift Dates Only" option and a Fixed Holiday defined in the Calendar, Interest Cash Flow (FE 430) is getting output on the Fixed Holiday.


The Fixed Holiday is 27-JUN-2017.

The Payment Schedule contains a Payment Date on 27-JUN-17.

In FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS, a value is output for FE 430 on the Cash Flow Date = 27-Jun-17.

You expect ALM to shift the payment date and not use the date of the Fixed Holiday.
