CUG Rule Not Working In ECE Rating

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Business Configuration
1) Created a rule where it checks if the profile values of A and B number are matching.
2) Use this rule in Usage Scenario (USC) selector to arrive to Closed User Groups (CUG) impact category.
3) During rating, see in the logs that profile value of A number is being fetched, but the profile value of B number is not coming. Hence, CUG rule is failing.
Profile value of B number should also be available
