On : 8.4.2 version, Installation, Patches, Upgrades

InfoManager services doesn't start up,and were giving the following errors even if the database connections were properly set in applications.properties files

ERROR com.inquira.foundation.utilities.ExceptionLogWriter - CVApplication() constructor. Failed to set database connections successfully.
