Missing Scanner Option In Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Receiving (Doc ID 2298108.1)

Symptoms

If user does not have permission "Add New Item DSD Receiving", the Add/scan item button will not be available when receiving a existing Purchase Order (PO).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Define a role with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Receiving permission specifically having permission 'Add New Item DSD Receiving' is NOT assigned.
  2. Check to have a PO in Approved status.
  3. Open the PO > click create receipt > click create container
  4. Noticed that user has no option to scan the item
