Output File From Migrate Form Version By Book Job Does Not Show Details (Doc ID 2298259.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to migrate DCI Forms, the documents which are normally listed in the OUT file do not appear.

Expected to see the job parameters along with a list of documents to be migrated similar to the following:

Filename is '/oc/users/username/12605/o12605.out'
