Unable To Create a New Domains in the Service Management Menu after Installation

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After following the installation steps from the Oracle Communication Convergent Charging Controler (OC3C) when reaching the step to create a new domain, it can be seen that the New button is unavailable and marked as grey.
Login into the SMS screens --> Services --> Prepaid Charging --> Service Management -->Domains tabs:
It is expect that after creating an Advanced Control Services(ACS) Customer the option to create a new domain should be available.
Due to this issue, new domains can't be created, and the post installation procedure is blocked.
ACS Customers where created without selecting the Prepaid Charging Customer checkbox.
