Customer Center "Beeps" When Typing Text (Doc ID 2298464.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when using Customer Center, an audible "beep" can be heard in the following scenario:

  1. Open any Account with a Service
  2. Go to the Services tab
  3. Click on the Active status
  4. In Change Account/Service status, set it to closed
  5. Select any reason for change
  6. Start typing any text in Notes and upon stopping, a beep will be heard

This results in bad user experience when using Customer Center, especially when on the phone or in front of customers.
