Credit Limit Is Not Updating In ECE Cache

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), 22.214.171.124.0 version, consider the below scenario for creating a customer in Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) which includes details for Credit Limit for some non-currency resources.
Here the emGateway.log shows these details are going as expected, but it is not reflecting in the ECE cache.
1. Create customer using 'PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER'
2. Attach the Plan and set the Credit Limit using 'PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER'
3. In this case, the request is going as “AddBalEvent” request to ECE cache(which can be seen in the emGateway logs)
4. But it is not getting updated in ECE cache
