Symptoms

E2B or ACK Import is failed.

ESM E2B Import Log file or ESM ACK Import Log file contains the following message.

Error Code: -2146697210, Error Reason: The system cannot locate the object specified.

Later, the same XML file was dropped to the ESM INcoming folder, then it was successfully imported.
