OCA UI Hangs When Win10 Is Used (Doc ID 2299001.1)

OCA UI froze when Windows  10 was used. Once the login credentials were entered, OCA stopped loading further and seemed to hang.

For the OCA web applet, we added the argument as follows to the runtime settings for the JRE used by the applet. Still, the problem persisted.

-Dweblogic.corba.client.bidir=true

Error:

The error thrown when OCA does not work is "Failed to initialize session, reason: weblogic.rmi.extensions.disconnectmonitorunavailableexception: Could not register a DisconnectListener for"
