When deleting all items from a Return To Vendor (RTV) in Store Inventory Management (SIM) in Pending status , a message is being sent from Retail Merchandising System (RMS) that fails in SIM with the following error:

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a RTV in SIM and confirm.
  2. Check if the RTV message is flown to RMS - YES.
  3. In SIM delete all item lines.
  4. Check in SIM MPS_stage_message table for REVreqMOD message.
