Diva Manager Server Unresponsive - Symantec Antivirus issue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The DIVA Manager server is not running anymore. It is in a non-responsive state. When rebooting the server, it freezes at the login screen. The access to the server can be done in safe mode only.
After restarting, it goes back to freezing on login screen.
