RMSE_AIP_FUTURE_DELIVERY_TSF.KSH Does Not Extract In-Transit Quantities for Unexpected Items
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 01, 2017
Applies to:Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 14.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
As per the <Note 2231144.1>, by design, if an item is added to an existing transfer through the shipment its quantity (TSF_QTY) is set to zero.
However, the Extract On Order and In Transit Transfer Quantities for Future Delivery for AIP (RMSE_AIP_FUTURE_DELIVERY_TSF.KSH) script does not consider this item.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Warehouse (Wh) to store Externally Generated (EG) transfer for say 5 units of item A, using the XTSF API.
2. Add 10 units of Item B to this transfer directly in the shipment, using the Shipment API.
3. The TSF_QTY of Item B will be set to zero. (this is expected by design as per <Note 2231144.1>).
4. Execute the RMSE_AIP_FUTURE_DELIVERY_TSF extraction - it will not consider the in-transit quantity of Item B.
