P6 Professional Freezes When Trying to Print or Print Preview

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

With a monitor connected directly to the laptop via HDMI, on which P6 Professional is installed, the 'print\print preview' windows will not open on the monitor screen - only on the primary laptop screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 'print/print preview' window to open on the monitor screen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect a monitor to the laptop directly using HDMI.
2. Login to P6.
3. Go to 'File > Print Preview'
