Symptoms

Unable to process bulk items from RMS stage to RMS tables using Item induction.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Item induction template with 7k or 10k records.
2. Load the template to stage and validate data loaded successfully.
3. Load items from stage to RMS, review the status remain in NEW status.
