Vector And Service Quantity Usage Rule Does Not Fail If Interval MC Does Not Have Measurements

(Doc ID 2299604.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 25, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Why does the Vector and Service Quantity Math Usage Rule (D2-MATH) not fail with "Curve Not continuous" error and instead change the end date of the Usage Transaction to match the date of the last measurement of that MC and complete the UT to send. Why does this behave differently than other usage rules - that end with the error?
