"Reset Notification for Forgotten Password" Notification Is Not Configurable and Forgot Password Functionality and Email Do Not Work Properly in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Resources/Users are receiving incorrect Email or Email without all proper information when attempting to utilize the Forgotten Password feature.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Resources/Users should receive the correct Email or Email with proper information (i.e. Temporary Password) when utilizing the Forgotten Password feature.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Instantis EnterpriseTrack Login page
  2. Click the Forgotten Password? link
  3. Enter a valid Username
  4. Click the Submit button
  5. Receive Email stating only the following:
    1. Temporary Reset Password Expiry Period 1 Hour
