"Reset Notification for Forgotten Password" Notification Is Not Configurable and "Forgot Your Password?" Functionality Does Not Work Properly in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Resources/Users are receiving incorrect Email or Email without all proper information when attempting to utilize the Forgotten Password feature ("Forgot Your Password?" link on login page).
Resources/Users should receive the correct Email or Email with proper information (i.e. Temporary Password) when utilizing the Forgotten Password feature.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the Instantis EnterpriseTrack Login page
- Click the Forgotten Password? link
- Enter a valid Username
- Click the Submit button
- Receive Email stating only the following:
- Temporary Reset Password Expiry Period 1 Hour
