One Tie Recloser with Bypass Switches Is Being Drawn Oddly in Schematics (Doc ID 2300622.1)

Symptoms

One tie recloser with bypass switches drawn oddly in schematics

The overview schematic drawing for one tie recloser is being drawn oddly. The 28-3 side of the device is being drawn correctly including the 2 bypass switches, but the 28-8 side of the recloser is being drawn incorrectly. The drawing is missing the nominally closed bypass as well.

When you target from the missing bypass switch into the overview schematics you are taken to a thin black line in schematics.
