Billing Care: Balance Not Correct in Hierarchy (Doc ID 2300752.1)

Billing care was displaying wrong PAST DUE charges in a hierarchy use case.

Consider a parent and a non paying child account hierarchy, when the Billing Care was displaying balances in such a use case, it added up Child Bill Unit Charges on top of what was already accumulated at the parent level in the parent's billinfo.

In BCUI, the account balances were getting displayed incorrectly.
Instead of $500, it was displaying as $625, i.e. $500 + $125, Child Bill Unit's Charges were added up again with Parent Bill Unit's Overall Charges.

Parent Bill Unit's Charges (without including Child Bill Unit's Charges) = $375
Child Bill Unit's Charges = $125
Parent Bill Unit's Charges (with including Child Bill Unit's Charges) = $500

1) Create an Account (030-673193) with a Paying Parent Bill Unit.
2) Add a Non-Paying Child Bill Unit to the same Account (030-673193).
3) Load usages for Parent Bill Unit ($375) & for Child Bill Unit ($125).
4) View the Account Balances in Billing Care UI.
