ORA-02291 Error While Creating A New Supplier (Doc ID 2300973.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save a new supplier the following error occurs.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start creating a supplier by filling all details in supplier screen.
2. Click on 'More Action->Address' or 'Save and Close'. Notice the error.
