Invalid InForm Remote Location 'XYZ' Or Study Account 'XYZ'. A Remote Location Fails But Rest Work OK Within Same Study (Doc ID 2301005.1)

Symptoms

Hit errors trying to do an InForm Metadata load. For a previously configured InForm connection the rest of the remote locations to this InForm study are now functioning within DMW, however this specific InFormURL cannot be connected to in a web browser.

ERRORS
========

1. Per DMW UI. When trying to review the MetaData comparison with the DMW UI the following javascript error message Alerts Screen:

DMW-067 Invalid InForm remote location '###' or study account '###'.
Error message (possibly from remote server)
ORA-06550 line 1, column 7: PLS-00352 Unable to access another database INF_1303_1932642320_1 must be declared
ORA-06550 line 1, column 7: Statement ignored


2. When trying to run a Manual InForm Data Load, per log, the following error occurs:

Changes

The study was re-deployed. We had to “check out” the data model to update the Business Area name, and this necessitated the re-install. After it, the job to load InForm data from InForm Trial to DMW failed and then, the InForm Data Model will not install.
