Argus Interchange Service Must Be Restarted After Each E2B Transmission (Doc ID 2301100.1)

User is able to run one E2B Transmission (EDI In bulb turns green) on the E2B BULK TRANSMIT screen

After the one transmission, the Argus Interchange Service must be restarted.

Services show started
Task managers shows services running

No error messages

The ESM_E2BTransmission log file with Debug enabled shows that the process started "========== Start Transmit Process ==========".

However, there is no indication that it finished "========== Finish Transmit Process ==========", it just starts again
