Goal

On : 13.1.1.1.0 version, BRM Plug-in

OEM is reporting Oracle Communications BRM EAI JS Component as down, however process is running as below.


example:
eai_js is up on each pin account (either with Java 6 or 7) on xxx02zafsrh server
OEM reports that eai_js is not up (for the pin account that is using java 7) on xxx02zafsrh sever when it is up.
