In Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS), when the IDDI cache size is more than 1 GB, it was noticed the there is a delay in the scan time of the first item after a restart of the pos client when it is offline to the pos server
Steps to Recreate:
1. Make sure that the IDDI cache size is more than 1 GB.
2. Bring the ORPOS Store Server down so that the Client is in Offline mode.
3. Scan any item.
Note that the ORPOS Client takes several minutes to ring/display the Item.
