Suggestion on Using Specific Field for a New Field COUNTY in Accounts Address Information (Doc ID 2301767.1)

Goal

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Infranet Install

There is a requirement to store the COUNTY field for US customers in BRM Database. Currently there is no field in account_nameinfo_t that could accommodate this field. Would you advise us to use any of the existing fields in the nameinfo array (e.g. canon_country) etc or extending the class? Would this affect us during a patch set upgrade? Please suggest?
