Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.18.0 version, it is observed that generating 10000 Bills take 5 hours, while generating 1000 Bill accounts takes only 3 minutes.

Need to fine tune the Billing process and emGateway.
