Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine(ECE), 126.96.36.199.0 version, Diameter Gateway(DGW), the below Stream Control Transmission Protocol(SCTP) parameters are not configurable in the DGW Application configurations.
Currently these parameters are not configurable in the application and exact values are inherited from Operating System defaults. This may be fine for Solaris OS where the defaults are configurable, but in Linux it is limited to (immutable) Kernel defaults.
SCTP parameters maxInStreams, maxOutStreams, receive and sendBufferSize should be configurable in Diameter Gateway Application configuration.
Default values may not fit to configuration of the network elements and may impact performance.
