Deployment Is Throwing RepositoryException: current development line null is not an open workspace (Doc ID 2301866.1)

Symptoms

During deployment the following error can be seen in the BCC logs: 


ERROR CODE:deploymentHandlerUnableToWrite; CONTAINER:atg.deployment.file.DeploymentSourceException: IOException received while trying to write file /atg/registry/RepositoryGroups/NavigableProducts.properties in VirtualFileSystem null;

SOURCE:deploymentHandlerUnableToWrite: level 4: IOException received while trying to write file /atg/registry/RepositoryGroups/NavigableProducts.properties in VirtualFileSystem null ;

ERROR CODE:deploymentHandlerUnableToWrite; CONTAINER:atg.deployment.file.DeploymentTargetException: IOException received while trying to write file /atg/registry/RepositoryGroups/NavigableProducts.properties in VirtualFileSystem null;

SOURCE:java.io.IOException: There was a repository exception while trying to create the file: /atg/registry/RepositoryGroups/NavigableProducts.properties in file system: /atg/epub/file/ConfigFileSystem. exception: atg.repository.RepositoryException: current development line null is not an open workspace.. at
