How to change ADF Connection Endpoint URLs with OUCSS 2.2 and WebCenter Portal 12.2.x (Doc ID 2301951.1)

OUCSS - Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service

With WebCenter Portal 12.2.1, you are unable to edit the endpoint URL for the OUCSS ADF connections in Enterprise Manager.  When attempting to make the change, an ADF error is thrown.  Customer is attempting to point an OUCSS ADF Connection to a custom web service.
