Goal

How to include multiple lines in the $N response rejecting connection in PORT_ACCESS

We currently have PORT_ACCESS on some systems like this:

PORT_ACCESS

 *|*|*|*|* $C$|INTERNAL_IP;$3|$Y$E
 *|*|*|*|* $T$N554$ Please$ create$ XYZ$ incident$ to$ Email$ Support$ to$ get$ allowed

Is there a way to send a multi-line 554 message, eg:

554-This IP is not allowed for this service.
554-Please use the XYZ Service Catalog to get the IPs allowlisted
554 See https://xyz.example.com/samplepage for more information
