How Should Reprocess Package be Run?

(Doc ID 2302190.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 10, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Knowledge - Version 8.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The reprocess package should only be run when all the data from the time of the current batch processing date forward is available to reprocess.  Reprocess needs to be run completely and successfully.  If it does not then when tables are recreated the main package will fail.  If it does not run completely rerun it.  There is no harm in running it multiple times.
