Deadlock Observed During PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), 22.214.171.124.0 version, Subscription Management, a deadlock is observed in the below scenario while calling 'PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER' opcode when done in bulk under the same account.
The deadlock can occur when trying to place bulk orders from Siebel for the same large corporate account (which has a single account and billinfo containing multiple connections), where the 'PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER' opcode is being called to transfer services under one account to a different account.
cm.pinlog and dm_oracle.pinlog show the below errors during this operation.
