On : 2.3.0.0.0 version, Mobile Communications Platform

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler (ORS): Mobile Worker address latitude and longitude cannot be update

User trying to update the latitude and longitude of the mobile worker address manually but, it's not working.  It does work for the Activity.
