Unable to view the data in the PDC GUI (Doc ID 2302448.1)

Goal

 Customer has reported a production issue where they are unable to login to the PDC server through the PDC GUI.

Some background:
ECE went down along with weblogic server.
Then re-started the weblogic server after which customer unable to login using the PDC GUI.
The error is

The login credentials are mastered in weblogic server.

Created a new user/password but now not able to see anything under offer, bundling etc menus. Also when click on Setup tab, page goes blank.
