Symptoms

On BRM 7.5.0.17.0;

Issue :

Running billing as brand user fails to apply taxes correctly.

Details :

Running billing as the root user applies taxes correctly across all accounts in multiple brands and the rest of the billing works as expected, whereas running billing as brand user fails to apply taxes correctly..
That is, running pin_bill_accts with a brand's pin.conf does not apply taxes.
