Symptoms

A User from Partner Company A is able to view a Business Process Record that was was created by a User in Partner Company B in a Shell/Project. 

The Partner Company A User only has the following Permissions in this Shell/Project with expectation that Partner Company Users should only be able to view Records created by their own Partner Company Users:

View Company Records Inherited from Group: GroupName
View User Records Inherited from Group: GroupName
Add General Comments Inherited from Group: GroupName
