Need to Re-Login to Refer to Save as, Add Site to Item History Record

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The records of Action: Save as, Add site to item disappeared from History tab on web client by Site.
If history records are newly created, user need to re-login to refer to correct history records.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- View History tab of part item page with Site:All
The records of Action:Save as, Add site to item are displayed
- Change Site:A
The records of Action:Save as, Add site to item is disappeared.
