When a Return to Vendor(RTV) is created in Store Inventory Management(SIM), 0 quantity cannot be saved in UI screen, but message is saved in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.
Steps to recreate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a RTV in SIM.
- Add an item and save it with 0 quantity. Notice that error message is displayed in the screen to inform about 0 quantity.
- Notice that message can be found in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.
- Notice javax.ejb.EJBException in RIB logs: Exception while processing request: Error from - call RMSSUB_RTV.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Unit quantity cannot be zero.
