Performance Issue when Generating ODS File during Download Items from Staging

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While downloading the items into staging screen the ODS file, it takes a huge amount of time. The process never completes and the session has to be killed.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Navigate to Download Items from Staging screen.
2) Enter the search criteria. Ensure the search results more than 5000 items.
3) Download the items into ODS file.
